Her seller name is Mommy2three on Sillyardsales. I gave her some juniors Aeropostale shirts, American Eagle and other brands. I also gave her some Adidas pants, she has them listed too! I gave the shirts away because they're kinda stretched out but the pants are in great condition. It makes me mad because another lady really needed them and I didn't give them to her. I just don't think all this crap is worth it so I won't be posting anything again when my premeire account expires. Did she not have anything of her own to sell. Maybe everything she owns is crap!! I can't help the fact that I have a good man that spoils me. That stuffs already been replaced so I'm not worried about it. I'm just mad that someone else really did need them and I fell for her b.s.!! 

She had said when she listed them they didnt fit. I swear that is what I read because i do know who she is and she is the last person to scam a person. 

yeah i read she put that for the shorts. but not on anything else. 

Samantha, don't you remember what happened the last time we had a discussion like this?! LOL If the stuff doesn't fit sell it at the same price you bought it for and state that you bought it from the site as a courtesy. 

Ok, well like I said I will not give anything else away. I will only buy from a few sellers, like Samantha and a couple more. As for selling I won't renew my premiere membership. P.S. why did I get emails from other people saying she did the same thing to them?

lol regina and tammy--yep, if i get something from someone and it doesnt fit, i sell for the same price. I do think its ridiculous to sell items that didnt fit, that you got for free though. Just seems like a slap in the face. 

Ok Tamara. Apparently you want to continue this publicly... For the records... the shirts did not fit. They were too big for me. I do not think I need to defend myself any longer since I am selling them to people for less than what I bought them for and I am actually loosing money on the deal. I do not appreciate you treating your customers badly. You are practicing bad business. FYI I am posting the last e-mail I sent you as well since you are wanting to continue this bad behavior publicly and I thought that we had this issue cleared up privately. So, here it is... I just don't appreciate you throwing my name out there like I'm a bad person. I've seen many people putting stuff back up for sale if it didn't fit. I bought the items from you (about 7 or 8 shirts and the pants.) I kept a couple of the shirts because they fit me and the rest I put up for sale. I think I bought the stuff a couple of months ago b/c I picked them up after I took my kids to the library and we haven't been in about a month and a half. I don't want to continue this, but I just wanted to set the record straight. I wish that if you had a problem with something I did, that you would have contacted me first before wrongly accusing me publicly. I didn't want to do the same thing to you and that is why I tried to contact you by e-mail because I do not want to participate in that type of behavior. I am not trying to argue with you, but I am telling you what you did was wrong... I was your customer and you just don't do that because it is bad business.

Wasn't this about someone getting free stuff and then reselling it for profit? If you buy something for example for $ 1 and resell it for $ 1 because it does not fit, that should not cause any ruckus. Thats just my humble opinion.

a agree regina! lol. reselling for the same or less is no harm. to avoid any upsets i try and sell the no fits on craigslist in a lot. 

Patrika, I will continue this publicly or any other way I want! Like I said, I don't believe you and neither do alot of other people I've talked to concerning you. If you feel you are "right" then don't worry about it. People who have dealt with you, and liked you will believe whatever you say. I don't feel like dealing with people with you, you're not worth the time :-) However, I will still buy from all the great people I've met and you can do the same--- People will make up their own minds. P.S. my ad was removed again, I wonder why? 

I'm tired of all of this childish drama. I'm finished with you... Hope you treat your other customers better than you have me. They deserve to be treated well. Just remember that.
