I noticed it too, maybe they want to make it more interesting. Last week they added "and Lawton" after yardsales, did you notice that? Maybe someone got bored.LOL 

Bookoo.com is the whole yard sale network. If you click bookoo.com it brings up a whole site that you can select a area and find a yard sale site in your area or others. Im sure they just tagged it all togteher...
