This has all been very entertaining!!!! I have a question, if all of the "cake drama people" would invest thier time and energy into thier business, would they have this much time on thier hands to keep this going? I really needed a cake this past weekend and i had 4 people respond to me. None were chosen, due to this ongoing drama...I did not want to get caught up in it, by getting someones cake and not the next persons. It seemed to me you all were equally professional as far as i could tell and you all charge the same amount for the exact same thing! Why dont you stop all of the petty nonsense, get together open a bakery and sell these extaordinary, BEAUTIFUL pieces of work, and give lawton what it truly needs.... right now,our only bakery options are the local grocery store! BORING!!! I want to thank you for responding to my add, i wish you all luck in the future! :) 

I agree to a point but dont think it is all cake people you know. Just certain ones. Especially one. One starts the drama and people want to defend themselves but some are smart enough to walk away while others arent. too bad for those of us who want cakes and we aren't left with options.

I said that today too, but got yelled at for it. If one would walk away, then another eventually it would all be over with. Arguments and irritations work two ways, if one ignores it, it cant work(trust me I am trying to convince my kids of that too lol)

one of the funny things is that someone actually hacked in to one of their (sillyardsales) accounts and was posting stupid stuff this has gone way to far laura 

it is most ovious that melissa does not know the small town of Lawton,Oklahoma because there is Johnsons Bakery on 11th street and has been there for over 40 years. So her statement of getting a cake only in a grocery store is comlpetely fausld. Johnsons does beautiful work as well. 

WOW this drama had died out almost a year ago. After so long what would be the purpose in even pointing that out.. really! 

Probably because there hasn't been any drama lately and people are getting bored :p

YES, i do know the small town of Lawton, extremely well! Some would say,"like the back of my hand"
I am perfectly aware of Johnsons bakery and i choose to ignore the existance of that place for the follwing reasons, 1. Parking! Ha, what a joke! 2. costumer service 3. OVERPRICED.
I have lived in Lawton for the last 36 years. YEP, a true "Lawtonian Native" Born and raised.
