My husband and I were wondering if anyone knew of a good place to go and get a personal loan. We are having a difficult time and we have no money right now because of bills and we havnt even bought food for 2 weeks and were low on food. Its starting to get very stressful We need someone that can help us with like 200.00 and allow us to pay back monthly. hopefully someone knows of a place. Bill week is horrible for us and its starting to get very stressful and we've sold almost everything we had to sell except for our kitchen table that we were trying to sell for 80 so if anyone needs a nice wood table that is in good condition 4 chairs with cushions and are willing to pay 80 will send pics let me know about that too. Sorry for so many questions everyone Its just very difficult for us right now and we were helping someone on here would know an answer for us. Thank you so much once again for reading & thanks in advance for the answers to those that help. Mollie.. :)

I would avoid getting a loan at all costs most places in town will eat you alive with intrest. I would suggest going to you bank or if your husband is in the military tell him to ask his command for suggestions perhaps they could help. Also there is a food pantry on fort sill there are also food banks in lawton so there is no reason for you not to have food. As for bill week being stressful start cutting out things that arnt a MUST. Such a internet, cable, cell phone plans (switch to prepay) so on. I dont know how helpful this is but it will get better :)

i would not reccomend getting a loan, but if u must i would say continental credit on gore. they did good with my sister. but from experience i would say a loan is a bad idea.

Your husband can get Command referred to the Chaplain who can get you help. The food pantry on post is run by the ASYMCA. They can get you info on how to go about getting stuff from them. Chaplains can get certain number of commissary vouchers. Depending on your rank and number of children you may qualify for food stamps. It is not unheard of. WIC also helps. Just some staples bread, cheese, milk, juice, fruit and veggies. If you do a loan, you just increase how many bills you pay. If you pay utilities, ask for a budget plan, same payment every month, easier to budget. Good Luck, hope some of this helps.

security finance allows you to pay monthly.

If you are military you can get an AER loan and financial counseling classes. Go to the ACS building, or look up the number for Army Community Services on the Sill website. You can get an interest free loan and with the financial counseling classes, hopefully you can prevent needing another one. Good luck :)
