I am in the process of starting my own business. I have sold a lot of bows on here and facebook and to family and friends. I now make more than just hairbows. My items now include hairbows of all sizes bow holders headbands both plastic and croucheted. Pillow case dresses and outfits wipes cases burp cloths lil,mid and big sis and bro shirts I can put pretty much anything on a tshirt for infants to adults. I would sugguest that you first get a prime location to lease and then fill the shop with stock and call the local newspaper to place a large add offering a grand opening sale and lots of free samples just for stopping by and also take out an ad in the yellow pages. You can get a couple local radio stations to be at your grand opening event and this should be all you need to get the word out. Hope some of thes ideas can help 

hey sarah i seen ur site it looks real nice Im not real sure what else to tel u to do I m in the same boat as u I ve been trying to figure out how to start my own website i have been selling bows on sillbookoo and craigslist for over 3yrs now and would like to move up with it so far it look like ur going in the right direction maybe posting something in a newspaper not sure what else to do hope any of this helps and like i said ur stuff is real nice laura

Thank you Sweet. I started my web site through Vista print. It is free for 30 days. and then you can choose the $5, $10, or $20 per month plan. I have the $10. Vista print is a good web site to get business cards and other stuff. The best thing to do is to sign up for the site and wait. They will send you emails to get free stuff. I got like $200 worth of stuff for $40. Good luck with your business.
