Ok now can anyone tell me HOW THE HE!! a Nine foot boa is good with kids? Seriously kids arent owners of snakes that size they are LUNCH! 

I have a 7 1/2 Albino Boa, he's very docile and my friend's kids are not afraid of him. If you know about snakes and have take good care they make terrific pets.

Pet Boa Constrictor Strangles Owner


CINCINNATI---The owner of a 13-foot boa constrictor died this weekend after the pet snake wrapped itself around it's owner's neck.

An acquaintance found Ted Dres, 48, inside the snake's cage face down about 12:45 a.m. and called 911. Dres was reportedly trying to remove the reptile from its cage.

According to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, the snake continued to strangle Dress until officers arrived. Despite resuscitation efforts by medics, Dres died about an hour later at the Bethesda North Hospital.

Officers and an animal protection group worked to remove the snake which was taken to the group's shelter.

According to Dres' mother, he loved snakes and was an experienced handler.
Authorities issued warnings about the danger the keeping exotic pets and said that owners who pose with snakes coiled around their neck should be aware that they are potentially only seconds away from death. 12-18-06

A Papillion, Nebraska man died Wednesday night after being strangled by his own snake.

The boa was 34-year old Corey Byrne’s pet.

Byrne had no pulse when rescue crews arrived at his downtown apartment.

He died at Midlands Hospital.

Investigators say the man’s girlfriend, who was there in the apartment while Byrne held the snake on his shoulders, made the 911 call.

The snake was still squeezing the man’s neck when rescue crews started CPR.

The Nebraska Humane Society took custody of the snake and is holding it pending the investigation by Papillion Police.

It was initially thought to be a python but upon later inspection the NHS said it is a Red Tail Boa Constrictor.

The snake is about 8 to 9 feet long and weighs 25 pounds.

It is legal to own a boa as a pet in Nebraska

GG-give it up, if you want it you have to find it. I could have it in a couple of minutes if I wanted. It is not that hard. And again, what ya gonna tattle tale on her for?? She is not representing the army here, she is herself, what possibly could come of you going to her command?
Dont you think with all the issues the army has they really need your BS? There are soldiers at war, soldiers with PTSD, soldiers who have family issues, soldiers trying to pcs and going to schools. What could you possibly have that important to break up the day of command? Please think about all this.
