I need someone to do a few small repairs around my house, mostly in one of the bathrooms. Some water damage on the baseboards and the sheetrock so I need those replaced and a couple of other things. Do you know anyone that can do this, possible soon?

Nein, need someone else but don't wanna call one of the big construction companies; they might charge me a bundle and I just need a few small things taken care of. 

He's actually not a big scale construction company. Does more handyman type work, but is insured, bonded and licensed. Does a lot of small repairs for the local rental properties. He does most of the work himself and only brings on crew or subcontracts for big jobs. You'll be pleased w/ the prices he gives. A lot of the ladies on SYS have used him. His estimates are free so it isn't like you'll lose anything if the price is too high! :) 

I know Martin, but he has stood me up before so I won't be calling him. Do you know anyone else?
