I have heard of school supply sales where they more or less give away the school supplies for the kids. Does anyone know if they have anything like that here? 

Check with Sadler Office Supply. They might have a sale like that. Otherwise, Walmart usually has a pretty good sale every year. Dollar Tree always has cheap school supplies, too. 

Staples! I've gone there a few years in a row to get school supplies for dirt cheap. Call or go in and ask when their sale is.
