OMG! Here we go again! Samantha if you don't like what is said then keep moving! Sometimes you have to be the bigger person and just shut up. PPl think and say what they want and your NEVER going to be able to change their minds. So IGNORE it. Its better to let them say what they want then feed the fire because a-it makes you look unprofessional. b-no one likes drama. Ok, But I cant delete her copy-cat ad. Its frusteration that Pancake.Lover (Abs) has decided to come back like this. Admin should obviously be told as look what she did to brooke as well. 

ENOUGH!! All you cake ladies need your own forum. I am new to SU and have built my opinion of all of you based on what's said here. Honestly, there's so much drama that I serious doubt anyone would buy a cake from any of you. But I do thank Brooke maintaining a very professional attitude. Let's grow up ladies.

If I remember right the Abs lady was defending Brooke? I could be wrong but I could definitely tell she was not a fan of yours. Just saying.. 

She was the one who hacked into brookes account. she was then banned by admin. 

Funny because she is stil on the site. Both SU and SYS. I think if anybody wants the true answer to that then they need to contact Brooke. But then again is it anybody's business who hacked into her account? This thread just once again proves how unprofessional people can be. Brooke isnt even involved in this convo yet she got brought up once again. I almost feel this thread was a trap that you have fallen in once again. It doesnt take a genious to go back and look at previous threads to see you spout off instantly. It gets irritating beacause so many people will agree with what is said but are afraid to come out and publicly agree or are tired of seeing this crap. 

samantha, yes your right you cant delete what others post, but still, just do YOUR part, and trust me people read these pages enough to knwo on their own that someone copied off of someone else.....and if such is the case, like we've seen before, your cakes, professionalism, and customer service is what will get you your business moving forward overall, if you have all of that (and whatever else i missed) then there should be no worry about others "copy-catting" eachother. and yeah amy your right abs was defending brooke if i remember right. you knwo i do miss brooke and i am sure she does miss this too, but in long run, look what she woudl be reading into if she were still doing her business here, its still going on!!! so really she isn't missing out on anything, and she was a strong-minded business woman to where she KNEW her busines would stand through any of this, but didnt feel it necessary to be involved in any of it, like some should decide to do so as well.... 

I would like to mention everyone here has also been involved in the other threads, so chastizing me for defending myself is contradicting. I have already reported the plagarism to the admin and it will be their choice to remove her ad. If not I will submit a cease and desist order to admin and Edna. As this is my business, like any other, im sure you can understand the need to keep my advertising protected as like tish said, most who has read it know it is me. As far as Brooke, I still refer business to her when Im booked up, but she is even been booked up herself. I wish her luck and hope she gets on her feet in opening a shop! That will be exciting. Samantha I just got a message from another girl saying on your website you copied from some other cake website and that woman is willing to come on here and say so too as well as post emails saying it was copied from both web domains and users. Why you so full of double standards? I didn't even copy I be counteracting. What good for you ain't good for no one else. What is your problem? And besides you said it before~ it ain't patent. 

WOW Samantha! First off no one has Chastised you about defending yourself! Its just to the point of being dumb to keep agging this crap on! So stop contradicting yourself when you say you don't start any of this cause you DEF. don't stop it! Its just as much your fault as anyone else because you feed the fire! And as a result people are getting sick and tired of the drama and are finding other ways to sell their stuff so they don't have to deal with it! Therefore you are also making yourself look VERY unprofessional. 

And you want to push the issue that I am someone I aint? A cease and desist letter can be used for libel and slander. Both of which you be guilty of. Now I is out. I got a business to run. 

I have not copied anything on my site. I would love to see where you got it from. If its the FORM I used, then that can be downloaded online to use. You have pictures up that say 'www.coolestbirthdaycakes.com' on them. They are cearly not yours. Mine are indeed all my own. You also mentioned in your other post that you are 'Back' so you are indeed a former member. 

And Amber, defending myself and my business is not 'feeding the fire'. Someone coming on here and using my ad is starting the fire and keeping it going. If she was serious about her business she would have not stooped that low. 

Well you think what you want and I think what i want! But really you need to not only look at it from it being your buisness but look at it through the customers stance too. Yeah its ALL ridiculous! and yes, most of my cakes are on cc. certainly more than 4. 

so why would my cakes not be on any toher site? Come on. Where is the web page for your templet? Why did you delete it then?
