How many of you love freecycle.org or the Free categories on here and craigslist?? I know I do, shoot, I am sahm and our family of four humans 1 puppy live off one income and free is sometimes all we can afford lol! Those that can afford to spare these items are nice enough to post for free for people who could really use it. What I find truly sad is when I've tried to inquire about an item I needed and it was already taken, then I am looking on Bookoo and see that same item for sell for like $200... started to seem very ironic. I looked at the other items they were posting and wouldn't ya know it, there were other items that looked strangely familiar, like maybe I had seen them before on freecycle! I was wasting some time and found that they had like 5 different aliases and had actually posted a wanted ad on freecycle for one of the items claiming their wife with medical problems was in dire need of it... then they put it on Bookoo... how sad it that?? I really don't care what people decide to sell of their own, but when you get stuff off sites like freecyle that are made to be used by you and not sold, and freecycled back when and if you decide you dont want or need anymore, it is just wrong, low down, and simply GREEDY to put on sites and make a profit. I hope these people are in need of money and its a dire emergency, because you really don't know anyones situation, and true they aren't physically hurting anyone, but to me it would be like taking change out of a red cross bucket. Anyhow, I just wanted to get that off my chest. I sent them an email asking if it worked pretty good for a FREE item, and they didn't respond. If they keep doing it I'm going to let everyone know their screen name and email on freecyle, bookoo, and craigslist... may not stop em but hopefully it will make them think twice.  

I think in all fairness we have the right to know who is doing that. but if you won't post the name can i ask you and you tell me yes or no? because the main thing i saw that was just given to someone and then flipped was a hospital bed. 

your right, the kenmore dryer also... it was free on craigslist.... they have many aliases, but their bookoo name is sponyx... yea the hospital bed was asked for even... i asked freecycle if i could report but it would have had to been my items i gave away and I would have to provide physical proof that it was mine like pictures... to be quite honest this isnt even my real name, I just created it so I didn't get hassled. Not really a confrontational person, just think its really sad to have an organization thats meant for helping people out and not throwing things away to be used as a money making business... they are taking advantage of it and in my opinion are greedy crack heads... that's my opinion though lol 

sponyx i know of them her name is Susie she is exactly the one i thought you were talking about. they constantly get stuff for free and flip it. she use to be dragnlady on bookoo

WOW that really is sad. Even if he dosent need them anymore the price that the kenmore dryer is selling for is just rediculous. Make syou wonder if any of the items they have for sale were ever even theres to begin with. That is just pathetic seriously, I mean get a honest job and stop ripping people off. Theres some people out there who really need the stuff. I had someone do that to me they clained they needed a swing and a high chair diaper bag and clothes; and what do you know the next week all my stuff was on sale. I had given them to her for free because I felt bad that she was almost going to have her baby and had nothing. Goes to show you, you cant trust anyone. Everyone looks out for themselves nowadays. Thats why I do not donate anymore. I used to leave stuff at the door of good will and then I would call the next morning to see if they got my box and no someone would take them.. like seriously ar ethings really that bad that we have to resort to such measures. It really pisses me off when I see poeple selling things that they recieved for free especially for such rediculous prices. Geeze get a LIFE and a JOB!
