I am hoping for some advise. Mayve some of you can help? So I am like 5'7 and weight 220. (I have a size 16 waist and am a 40D...most people say I carry the weight well, but I feel like a lard a$$.) When my hubs and I met I was about 140 ibs in a size 7-9 depending on the jeans and about a 38 C. Not that any of this really matters, but just giving you an idea. Anywhom, I started the Depo shot. I gained a BUTT TON of weight...Like, I was gaining 10 ibs between each shots. of course the ARmy hospital was like tell us next time if your still gaining, but then it'd be a new person and I'd hear the same thing. Eventually I ballooned up to what I am now. I got off the depo bc my hub had the V for me. I have been off for awhile now but I am not losing weight. I have been to a dietician, and i hired a fitness coach. NOTHING. My hub loves me the way I am, but I dont love me. Anyone have some tips? I was tested for my thyroid. One doctor said I had a thyroid proble and puit me on meds. When that doctor pcs'ed the next doctor refused to test me and said I was a typical overeat. Even though I had my food diary. I just don't know what else to do. Anyone have any kind of advice? Im deserate.

Its a little pricey but I HIGHLY recommend looking into Medifast. Its a diet that takes the weight off fast!

What is medifast? is it a diet pill or like meals that you order?

Do you have a hyper or hypoactive thyroid?

Medifast ia a meal program. You have to buy there food. A month of there meals for women and men cost $299.50. 143 meals total.

this is going to sound odd but helps, alot. i still have weight to go but i droped 100lbs about 3yrs ago just by keeping positive dont say anything to ur self that u wouldnt say or want someone to say to u i started walking around the block every once in while but it worked and in 6 mos i had dropped 100lbs then got prego and had a car wreck i need to work on it again but it dose work i lost 40lbs from oct-dec2009 just by cutting my calories to 1500( dont go under that amount cause ur body will go in to starvation mode and u will not lose weight in fact u could end up gaining weight been there done that ) its not hard just be nice to urself it is so hard at times espescially when u dont like what u see but everytime u think something negative about urself find 2 good things if u do it again find 4 so on just look at it like someone just said that to u its not nice hope this helps
