I really want to take the kids to Medicine Park. What is there to do there? I have a 3 yr. old, 5 yr old, and a 4 week old. LOL. Gonna brave it on my own but want to have a plan. 

There's the area where you can swim, but I've heard they charge now. It has been awhile since we've been, but I'll tell you what we did aside from the swimming. Packed us some lunch (sandwiches,whether it be pbj, chicken salad, cold cuts chips, drinks, whatever) our bikes and some extra clothes, oh and also some lawn chairs. I would take my boys out there and we'd ride bikes (or you can walk while yours ride) and just see the sites. It's like a whole 'nother world down there. Very peaceful and relaxing if you go at the right time. Try to go closer to when the sun isn't so hot. Pack lots of bug spray and sun screen, oh and water. When you're done, pull out your chairs or a blankie along the river and chow down!!!! It's a nice get away. We always like to pretend which house we'd like to live in and all sorts of stuff. I'd take our camera and take pics. Board games are fun to while your snacking or a book. I like to take my Bible along in my car everywhere we go, and I would pull it out sometimes and go over a verse or two before we ate, then would let my kids tell me what they thought it meant while we ate......just some thoughts. Hope this helps. OH and by the way, take your stroller for your baby with one of those netted things to cover over it for the skeeters. Good luck, you'll do just fine. You sound like an awesome mom. 

Thank you. Plans have changed. I was told the kids might get bored there so we are going to the spray park and to Mt Scott.So hopefully that will go well.
