Does anyone know of any companies hiring for mediceal transcriptionist? I have my certificate and thought I would ask on here to see if anyone knows of any jobs or works for someone hiring?

alot of hospitals and dr's offices have private outside contractors that do their transcriptioning...i do it full time at the hospital and at night from home...im not sure if companies advertise whether or not if they need people or not...my sister just hired 4 girls but it was all through word of mouth 

I was kind of looking for something at home orifit was in an office part time. But thanks for the tips. I know this is kind of a word of mouth job and I don't really know anyone that does it.
