I need someone that will clean my house so I can turn it over to a realtor to get rented. I just will not have the time to get moved and try and get our house rented by Nov 1 when we close Oct 18. If anyone does this as a side job that you know of please please let me know. I also need minor repairs done like to walls in my sons room, fixing my tile that settled and cracked a year after we bought the house. Any recommendations would greatly be appreciated! Or people to stay away from-a black list is always nice to have too. :-) Thanks ahead of time to anyone!

PCS is not too expensive. They have different specials depending on what you need. When we moved we paid $250 to have the entire house and the carpets cleaned. We lived in a 3 bed 2 bath home and the carpet cleaning alone would have been around $120 so we just paid to have eveything cleaned. The did a great job really and they're very nice. And of course you get your military discount. Why don't you go to the PCS website to check the specials they have now? 

Dodson Services, they do the on post stuff for Picerne. They give better rates to you hiring them then they do the housing. 

We are not PCSing. Hubby was raised in OKC, has 24 years in and has another 6 to go unfortunatly will prolly be here lol so we bought a 17 acre farm in Elgin but we own a house right outside Elgin in the country that is 2500 SQ Feet that I have to get rented but I want a thourough cleaning done before rent and Merry Maids wants $1200.00 to do it then they tried to talk me into a contract! :-( I will try Dodson Services thanks for that.
I know from beimg here so many years that Johnson-mason is the BEST for carpet cleaning and stretching. They were and still are the one and only original Lawton carpet cleaners left. Thanks for the info ladies I am going to make my phone calls Monday!! :) 

Good Luck, when you talk to Dodson, tell them that you know they contract on post, but are looking for personal services. When I was looking to have my floors completely done he quoted me half of what he charges Picerne. I have no clue what an entire house would be, and I was looking at having my linoleum floors stripped, cleaned waxed and buffed. It was a very fair price he was asking.
