I'm getting kind of tired of having to e-mail sellers to find out the size of something or the condition. You get unlimited words! And atleast one picture even if you aren't a premier account holder. It's not that hard to say "size Large, good condition" is it? I understand if you can't post a picture, but without a picture and with a two word add what do you expect?

Yes, describe and be honest about the item! Is that too much to ask? If there is something wrong with it, state it. Don't just wait to see if the buyer "figures it out".

I hate that when I see something and hope it is my size but don't know because its nowhere in the description. I just go looking elsewhere if I click on something and there isn't a size...

AND if your house or yard has a cockroach issue you may want to state that also!! Thank God I was at the car wash when they flooded out of a car seat I took apart to clean!! It was horrible, horrible horrible!! I am highly allergic to them so I broke out in hives everywhere cleaning all the stuff I got from this particular seller!!

Oh yeah, we bought a PS3 once from a person at a yardsale and as soon as we turned it on roaches scattered out of it. We didn't get to play that for a while. Wrapped it in a plastic bag and put it in storage... ewwwww!

Leslie --- 14 years ago -

ewww, wow how many roaches do these people have in there home. WOW thats just plain nasty. If you have a roach infestation you shouldnt even be selling your items, plain and simple. People are allergic to roaches and can get sick from your items or break out in hives like Shelly.

Omg, I'd like to know who has roaches so I do not buy anything from them!!
Between roaches and all we've been hearing about bedbugs, makes me not want to buy anything used. Although, news reports have said department stores have had bedbugs!! CRAZY!!

Danniella --- 14 years ago -

Yikes! I never even thought about the roach thing. When we first moved into our house we had the tiny ones and they shorted out our dishwasher. Those things are a pain. People definately should not be selling stuff that could be full of them. Ugh makes me shudder. So thankful you were at the carwash too, imagine if it'd been in your car! Just nasty. And they are everywhere down here. Especially outside, so stuff that's stored outside has a huge risk of being infested.

We had a storage shed at our old house. When we went to clean it out to move boxes were crawling. We Threw away so much stuff. I was not going to bring any of it to the new house. It was horrible.
