OK so I have been here for like 2 months now and am at a loss. Are there really no doughnut shops in this town? I have seen a couple and looked up the ones in the phone books but they all seem to be closed down. What gives? Is there any where to get them other than like walmart and nasty old stale ones from a gas station? 

Wright's doughnuts is on Gore and like 25th or somthing and also a location on 11th and south of Lee. There is also a doughnut shop on 67th and Cache road, they have pretty good doughnuts. But Wright's are by far, the best!

This is good to know. I feel your pain, we had a place called Shipley's back in TN. You gained weight just walking in the door, it was fantastic. When I go visit I'm at Shipley's every morning. mmmm, now I want doughnuts!! 

LOL me too! unfortunately I have to wait till sat to have any. Im gonna go into labor any day/minuet and im not sposed to be driving so I have to wait till my Soldier has a morning off. :) 

Russells Donuts 67th and cache is the best in town in my oppoion 

Jays doughnuts on 53rd and Gore Blvd. across from the Stripes by Eisenhower High School, has REALLY, REALLY, GOOD Doughnuts!! They also have pigs in a blanket that are TERRIFIC! :) 

There is a Bakery close to the corner of 11th and Gore that has pretty good doughnuts and they have a cheese danish pastry that is AWESOME! It is called Johnson's Bakery, its next to a gas station, stripes maybe? They also have giant cinnamon rolls and other pastries. 

you guys are awesome! Im gonna get fat this week end finding them all! :) 

Well had my husband take me to EVERY one of these places this morning. He is awesome! :) I have to go with Melissa and say that J's was the best. :)

went to J's today cause Russels was closed and they were great thanks for suggesting them on here loved the pigs in the blankets

Yep, I give J's my vote! We tried Russels and J's. Russels is good but J's doughnuts are so light and fluffy and dangerous to new year's resolutions!
