I notice everyone wanting a list: why not make one right here. I don't buy things often at all but here is a start! Post people you have bought from or sold to and not just the bad! List if the met on time where agreed to and if you would buy from them again. Go! 

I'm pretty sure that's against the rules. If not I'm all for it!

Actually it't not in the underground. You just can't do it in the sill.bookoo site. Besides, people do stuff on the site they're not supposed to do anyways i.e. selling pups, unlicensed babysitting, passion parties, selling guns... Not saying it's ok for them to do so, just saying that if these things don't bother people, I don't see how posting a list that would save some sellers/buyers a lot of headaches and no shows would bother anyone...well maybe those that tend to no show! :P 

haha I've never no showed. =] BUT I do remeber a mod saying on any of the sites it's against the rules.
FTR those kinds of posts DO bother some people. I for one use the report button a lot but they just repost stuff or nothing ever happens.
