We have had a prepaid phone for the last couple of years and have decided to get a couple of lines on a family plan with whoever we can get the best deal. I'm searching online today, but all I have found out is that the companies offer a military discount, not what the actual discount is. I would appreciate any info or advice anyone can give, like who your provider is, what kind of package you have and how much you pay for it, etc. Thanks in advance!

I have US Cellular and they give us 10.00 off every month.

AT&T is 10% on the first line, not including feautures and other things.

Verizon and T-Mobile is 15% same conditions

Don't know about any others.

We have Verizon and it's 15% as MaryJane said. We have 3 lines, 1400 shared minutes with 10 friends and family numbers (the ones that can be out of network and not charge minutes to talk to) unlimited texting for all 3 lines, ringback tones, insurance on 2 phones and I think that's it and we pay $140 a month.

Hot dang Glenna, I pay over 200 a month on t-mobile for 4 lines, insurance on all lines, 1800 minutes, 5 faves, adn unlimited text and parental control access. I might ahve to look into switching, I have been with tmobile for 9 years tho so get hesitant at switching. i might have to check into buying out my contract at tax time and switching.

Yep Verizon is the best here!! It's got the best coverage too. I can be way out at Meers and my phone works just fine. Sometimes I will get dropped calls on 44 going to OKC.

I have sprint I know that with 4 lines, 3000 shared minutes, unlimited mobile to mobile, and after 7 on weekdays and weekends unlimited text, and internet and I pay 170 a month.

we have verizon and they dont give us a military discount!! and they know we are military bc right now one line is on a military hold. weird..

cortney, the account has to be in the service member's name and you'll have to provide proof that they are active duty. I think they just copied my husband's ID but I don't remember for sure. And you're going to have to ask for the discount yourself, they aren't going to just give that money up unless asked!
